Within the scope of the expert group "ditgital" of the Basel Bar Association, Daniela Fábián, Caroline Hasler and Apollo Dauag have established a onepager in view of the entry into force of the new data protection law in Switzerland (in particular the Federal Act on Data Protection and the Data Protection Ordinance), with the aim of giving an overview of the relevant points for lawyers.
